About Our Sessions
Each group is five or six sessions, on a weekly basis. Discussion takes place in pairs and within the group on specific topics such as body image, your own experience of being mothered and relationships with others.
Our workshops are open to women at all stages of motherhood. We run a number of different workshops, including singing, art and creative writing. There are guided discussions and exercises, with further exercises to do at home. They are all designed to help participants connect with each other and themselves, open up and explore thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
