Groups and workshops for mums in Brighton & Hove, Worthing and surrounding areas.
Each group is five or six sessions, on a weekly basis. Discussion takes place in pairs and within the group on specific topics such as body image, your own experience of being mothered and relationships with others.
There are guided writing, art, mindfulness or singing exercises, with further exercises to do at home.
Workshops and Drop-ins
Our workshops are open to women at all stages of motherhood and any other women who feel they would benefit. We run a number of different workshops, including singing, art and creative writing.
They are all designed to help participants connect with each other and themselves, open up and explore thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
